As you advance your IT career at Kohler, you have the option of two career paths: technical and managerial.

Technical Career Path
If you choose the technical path, you could begin as a Systems Analyst and advance to a Systems Architect. Eventually you could move into the Senior Systems Architect.

Managerial Career Path
If the managerial path interests you, you could begin as a Systems Analyst and continue to Systems Project Leader or Team/Business Solutions Manager.

For new college graduates seeking to begin a professional career in IT, Kohler offers an IT Rotational program designed to provide the IT new hire with an in-depth understanding of our SAP Systems. Completion of the IT Rotational program results in an understanding of BES implementation methodologies, high level functional team skill set exposure, and a solid demonstration of the Systems Analyst competenceis as defined in the Systems Analyst Compentence Model.
