College Co-op Program

College Co-ops are full-time positions that require a 7- to 8-month minimum commitment. Most co-op work terms run from January through August (spring/summer term) or May through December (summer/fall term). Kohler is also open to students rotating on a semester basis.

Competitive compensation, based on entry-level compensation and student’s status in school
Eligibility for Health Plan, after 30 days of employment

Housing information
Eligibility for Kohler College Co-op/Intern Scholarship program (for students completing a spring/summer term, summer/fall term, or multiple rotating semesters)
Formal evaluation of Co-op term by supervisor and Co-op
Discounts at recreational facilities such as Sports Core and Kohler golf courses
Recreational programs
