Army/Navy Production Award
In February and July 1945, Herbert V. Kohler Sr., on behalf of Kohler Co., accepts the Army/Navy Production "E" award from Chicago District Chief Colonel John Slezak. The award pennant carries an "E" and flies just below the country flag at the factory main gate.
