College Co-op Program
College Co-ops are full-time positions that require a 7- to 8-month minimum commitment. Most co-op work terms run from January through August (spring/summer term) or May through December (summer/fall term). Kohler is also open to students rotating on a semester basis.

Kohler College Co-op Benefits
- Competitive compensation, based on entry-level compensation and student’s status in school
