Customer Service opportunities exist within all aspects and levels of our organization including Kitchen & Bath Group, Global Power Group, Interiors Group, and Hospitality & Real Estate Group.
It does not matter if the customer is a hotel guest at The American Club or a plumber installing a new KOHLER shower door–as a Customer Service associate you will be responsible for providing the customer with a fast, gracious and respectful solution.
As a Customer Service associate within the Kitchen & Bath group, you may begin your career as a Customer Care Representative. Next, you may progress into a Team Leader or Supervisor role.
Further advancement may include Manager-Customer Care Center or Director-Customer Service.
