Technical Career Path

A technical path provides opportunities to utilize state-of-the-art equipment and implement cutting-edge techniques to meet the challenges of continuous product and process improvement. A typical career progression may look like this: Engineer to Project Engineer to Staff Engineer.

Managerial Career Path

A managerial path involves leading and directing the engineering function within a specific business or group. This career path focuses on leadership and may look like this: Senior Project Engineer to Supervisor/Manager to Director-Engineering.
