How We Recruit

We have a thorough recruiting process that gives us a well-rounded look at each candidate. Here is an overview of this process:
1. Submit résumé
All resumes for specific job openings must be submitted to us online. Candidates should only apply for positions that fit their background and skills.
2. Résumé is reviewed
Once a résumé is entered into our system, one of our HR specialists will review it and will contact candidates with the background that best matches the position requirements.
3. Candidates are screened by phone
If you are selected as someone with the right qualifications for the position, a recruiter or HR specialist will call you to talk further and decide if you should move on to an interview.
4. Candidates submit assessments
Candidates may be asked to complete personality and aptitude assessments to help us ensure that they are a good fit both for the position and for Kohler Co.
5. Candidates are interviewed
These interviews take place in person and may be one-on-one or by a panel. They help us to further determine your fit for the job.
6. Candidates are notified
Once a decision has been made, all candidates will be notified by email or phone of the final decision.
