Sales & Marketing

Kohler understands that in order to grow and successfully compete in the market, its Sales and Marketing teams must be world class. As a result, Kohler places strong emphasis in recruiting and training its Sales and Marketing teams to ensure continued growth in the market.

Careers in Sales and Marketing at Kohler Co. extend to multiple levels in all of our groups: Kitchen & Bath Group, Global Power Group, Interiors Group, and Hospitality & Real Estate Group.

Sales Careers

For example, within the Kitchen & Bath Group you may begin as a Sales Representative on either the wholesale or retail side. As an associate you could then progress to a branch or regional sales manager position. Further advancement opportunities include Regional Sales Director or Vice President-Sales.

Marketing Careers

A marketing career in the Kitchen & Bath Group can take one of two paths: an analyst path or a managerial path.

As an analyst you could begin as an Associate Market Analyst or Market Analyst and progress into a Senior Market Analyst role.

If you choose the managerial path, you could begin as an Associate Product Manager or a Product Manager and advance into a Marketing Manager or Director-Marketing role.
