KOHLER Lighting unveiled the Bellera collection as part of its product introductions at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show 2022. The Bellera collection designs are inspired by turn-of-the-century Parisian glamour and the lush elegance and urbane sophistication that made this era in design so iconic. The French reference the period as Belle Époque, which means “Beautiful Era,” and is renowned for its cultural, technological, and artistic explorations of that time.

The Bellera collection references this important moment with styles that are welcomingly traditional while still effecting an unmistakably contemporary appeal. The sculptural forms pair angular details with striking curves resulting in an understated, elegant collection that includes One-Light, Two-Light, and Three-Light Sconces, Ten-Light and Thirteen-Light Chandeliers, and a Two Light Flush-Mount ceiling design. Dependent upon Bellera design selected, available finishes include Polished Chrome, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Moderne Brass, Oil-Rubbed Bronze, and Matte Black.

The Bellera Thirteen-Light Chandelier (shown above) reflects the more contemporary edge that runs throughout the collection’s designs, with a creative metalworks frame that is imaginative and complex in its detail. Engineered to surround the room in soft light, twelve metal candelabra style arms are fitted with clear glass orbs and encircle a single middle cast metal support with the thirteenth arm inverted to direct light down, completing the chandelier’s cascading glow. Both Bellera chandeliers are offered in the Polished Nickel and Brushed Moderne Brass finishes.

Classic with undeniable presence, the Bellera One-Light Sconce is a statement in sophisticated simplicity. The torch like silhouette features around, stepped metal back plate that supports a sculptural candelabra arm upon which a clear glass orb is perched. The Bellera sconces are available in Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Moderne Brass, Oil-Rubbed Bronze, and Matte Black finishes.
