The product and design are fabulous… never a disappointment.  We are in LOVE!!!

This is a beautiful towel ring, however I have replaced it 3 times because it broke off inside the fixture. It doesn’t get excessive pressure because I’m the only one who uses it and I’m careful. I guess I will continue to replace it every couple of years because I like the look.

These is a horrible line of bathroom accessories. Our house came with these towel rings in all of the bathrooms. The rings get loose over a short period of time and must be tightened with an allen wrench, otherwise it squeaks back and forth and then the whole ring falls off (it's not light). Some of them tighten better than others. For the others, it's like the screw can't get tight enough. The coordinating toilet paper holder and robe hooks are also horrible.

We had this towel rack up for over 5 years and it worked very well. When  it broke, I was very surprised to see that the joint between the 2 sections was just a very small rectangle of metal.  There was nothing else holding it together. The rectangle was less than 1/4".  I would suggest adding a larger piece of metal or a screw or something holding the 2 parts together.

Bought two towel rings for two sides of a vanity given the vanity length.  Well, since no Left/Right versions, one is curved toward the mirror and one is curved toward the back.  Looks ridiculous.  One would think a national builder would know this!!!!!!!

Don't buy two Towel Rings!

I have two of these.  In one bathroom we have zero issues with this product, or the matching toilet paper holder. In the other bathroom the internal hex screws constantly fall out, which means for the towel ring, half of it falls onto the counter (and it’s not light). Definitely could have been designed better. I’m not sure why they didn’t make this one solid piece, or use a screw that goes through the portion that holds the towel.
