Same horrible experience as every body but our experience is worse, we bought five of this unreliable failing product, we changed each one the five of them more than six times and still suffering, we are now looking to change the whole toilet combinations which will cost us an arm and leg. I think Kholer should be held responsible at least for compensation as we trusted the name who failed us big time, very disappointed and least to say ver angry and boycotting this brand completely.Shame on you for not recalling this horrible product.

Horrible , big failure, disappointing.

I bought 2 toilets with KOHLER, K-1954-0, Touchless Toilet Flush Kits for years and changed more than 8 kits. The design is very disappointing because water always gets into its plastic box and damages battery and product. I have to change them every year. Now, I can’t afford to pay for a replacement of the flush kit. Only available flush kit that I found is $299.99 on Amazon. I hope that KOHLER can replace us with a new model toilet since we can’t even purchase the parts from this website. I feel that we truly wasted our money for your designer’s poor design. Also, it’s very irresponsible products for our customers!

Very Disappointing Design and Quality

Like the other person, this product has been quite frustrating to own.  It worked pretty well at the beginning but clearly overtime, the condensation from the water erodes the effectiveness.  It's quite problematic every time you have to change the batteries and I have gotten to the point where I am strongly considering a replacement for the entire toilet.  Very disappointed as I felt like I was getting a trusted product with Kohler

This item should be recalled! Wasted our money on 2 touch less toilets and they have been absolutely horrible. Either they don’t flush at all or flush 7-8 times in a row or just flush on their own randomly. We owned them for a few years now and replaced the parts in both of them several times with 
the same results. The Kohler use to be a trusted name brand, sadly not anymore.
