Ordered the Alteo faucet, which arrived missing the Lift Rod.  Called customer service January 2 and was told that Lift Rod was in stock and would be shipped to me. As of January 20, I have not received the Lift Rod.  After 3 weeks and 4 follow up calls, during which I was given a different reason for each delay time, I have now been advised to order the part on Kohler website (because it is available!), then call Kohler again and ask that they remove the charge, etc., then wait for part delivery.
