Main Global Footer Experience Fragment

Just like many people reported, the stream of water is very uneven coming out of the faucet.  It splashes all over the sink.  Is there a fix for this?  This is brand new and installed last week.  I'm ready to have it removed and return to the store.  I'd keep it if there's a fix.

I just got this faucet brand new when redoing my bathroom. The water sprays in a million different directions and it literally soaks the counter and shoots water onto the floor and my toilet which is next to the sink. That is ridiculous. Also, the little tool that is provided to remove the aerator has no instructions, I can’t get it off, and I unfortunately do not have the time or money to buy another faucet at the moment. Plus it was a pain to install based on the vanity we got. I am highly disappointed. I just want a steady normal water stream and this Kohler faucet was the worst choice. The only thing I like about it is the look.
