Just bought and installed the product took me 15mins to install works great

Great stuff

I bought and installed this 3 days ago. It came with a weird piece of metal, looked like some sort of tool. I looked the directions over several times and couldn’t find anything about it. After I installed the faucet, the directions say to remove the aerator and flush out the faucet before first use. I couldn’t figure out how to remove the aerator so I just started using the faucet. Immediately the water stream was not consistent, spraying water in several directions. I scoured the internet and finally found on another website’s reviews that the piece of metal I found earlier was a tool to remove the aerator. Today I pulled out the aerator, cleaned it, and reinstalled it. It doesn’t work any better. It’s a very poor design. I’m disappointed that for the price, this aerator is not working correctly and is so difficult to remove…and there was nothing about it in the directions.

Aerator needs some improvement

I just purchased 2 of these and installed them.One of them, the stream is uneven, and the other doesn't even provide any water. I'm trying to find the tool I'm reading it was supposed to be here to clean or remove the spout,  but no luck. Same, I tried all hex sizes and can't find a way to remove this spout. I may be missing the documentation somewhere, but really disappointed with this product

Nice looking but not worth it

I liked the style of these faucets, but they are definitely not Kohler quality. Very lightweight and lots of plastic parts.

We just installed our Ashan faucet and love the way it looks. However the water distribution out of the faucet aerator is unsatisfactory: water sprays out in different directions and there are no instructions on how to use the aerator removal key to resolve this issue. Our water valves are set at a low flow rate so we suspect that the aerator is causing all these issues. There is a key that is included with the faucet but no instructions or diagrams on how to use it.

Looks great but uneven distribution out of aerator

I purchased two of the Ashan faucets to replace the Moen faucets in my master bathroom.  It's a nice looking faucet, but I was very disappointed to see so many plastic parts.  Installation was relatively easy despite the universal instructions that came in the box.  No mention of plumber's putty or silicone at all.  My biggest issue was the water flow with one of the faucets because it sprays unevenly.  I wasn't surprised that I had to search online how to remove the aerator in order to check for a defect/clog, as there was nothing in the instructions.  Kohler doesn't even mention anything about the aerator head removal tool that's included, let alone what size hex key is required to remove the set screw.  I find it hilarious that companies throw in hex keys with everything these days too.  I tried several size keys, but given the location of the set screw and the angle, I'm finding it difficult to figure out what size I need and fear that I may strip the screw.  I'd appreciate it if you could tell me what size hex I'll need.

A bit disappointed

I love the extension of the faucet allowing both hands to be under for a complete cleaning.
