Love the faucets but your customer service and your shipping departments need alot of help! WAS very disappointed in your lady named Daisey at Kohler. I have Kohler toilets, tub with jets and faucets. But I would probably go with Moen in the future because of the trouble I had with your Koehler personnel and getting the right parts! Julie Geno

Simply Gorgeous!  Simple elegance!  I love the faucets!

Love the easy cleaning and easy on and off !

I love the look of the Composed line and we chose it for our master bath vanity sinks (and shower valve trim and towel bars etc.). We selected the tall single post version as we have a semi-recessed vanity bowl (a half-vessel). The look is beautiful. My only comment is to be aware of the reach of the spout (we did not consider that when reviewing product lines and we should have). For our sinks, the reach is too long - imagine splashing water on your face with a spout directly under your hands and face as you try or spitting out toothpaste... This faucet seems best suited for a powder room that only sees handwashing. We bought a tall Parallel faucet similar to this with a shorter spout for our main hall bathroom and it is perfect.

The first faucet we recieved was damaged.  Kohler responded swiftly and had a new faucet shipped overnight.  The plumber came back to install the new faucet, and it was missing the  back lever that connects to the sink plunger.  We couldn't wait any longer to have this installed (this was the plumbers fourth visit due to other defective/missing parts of other Kohler hardware), so our GC went out to buy a new sink drain the plugs by pressing it.  So two defective units that we paid through the nose for, and then having to pay the plumber and GC for multiple visits due to these defects, AND having to pay for another drain plug.  Yeah, terrible investmet into a product that was supposed to be top-of-the-line. 

About the unit itself - the lack of handle on the faucet posed more problems than we thought.  Several people have asked how to use the faucet.  We thought it looked sleek, but it doesn't function well.

Missing Parts/Damaged Hardware/Bad Investment

We like the new faucet and wish we had ordered it a year ago!! Functions very easy and looks  beautiful.  The composed is so easy to clean also.
