We bought these as my wife liked the design. I was disappointed with home much plastic was used. Trim plate is plastic with a brushed nickel plating. The entire drain spout assembly is also all plastic. For $110 on this item I expected more metal and better quality. I had a terrible time getting the drain system to not leak but was finally able to make it work.  I expected better quality from Kohler.

Great looking faucet but a lot of plastic

The first time I had to replace the filter it was very hard and frustrating.  The second time I had to replace the filter it was a disaster.

I had bought this faucet in April but with new build construction home I haven’t been able to test or use it until now. I turned the faucet on and the faucet spit everywhere. I thought Kohler was supposed to be the best. I never thought twice the faucet wouldn’t work because Kohler is supposed to be quality. I hope I can return this… very disappointed.

Faulty aerator

the look is good but the function is bad.  Even while plumber was here I could see the water delivery decrease. It's as if something is in your supply lines. My old faucet was in place 30 years without ever replacing aerator or cleaning any filter. The Kohler Cursive visibly lost flow while I watch. Please help (I called your number and they said they don't answer calls anymore.)

Bought two of these, both had split teams and were splashing.  Contacted Customer Support and the directed me to remove the aerator which they further directed me to the parts document where the replacement aerator and removal tool is sold. I objected and they agreed to send me a new one.  OK, good not great.
I then took a closer look at the aerator and removed the set screw holding it in, placed my finger over the hole where the set screw was installed and turned on the water.  The aerator popped right out.  I then cleaned the aerator by blowing into it in the opposite direction if the water flow.  I reinstalled the aerators on both units and PERFECT.  Nice stream and softer water that did not splash.
I'd give it a 5 Star for the product and a 1 Star for poor documentation in the package, having to call for resolution and for not including the aerator removal tool in the original package.  Overall a 4 Star

Good product, aerator issue easily overcom

Mine, too, came with a non-functioning aerator, and water was also dripping from the handle connection when the facet was in use. But, before returning the item to the Homa Depot, I came accross these posts and decided to call the mentioned support number. I found their service to be quite good and received a new aerator kit in just over a weeks time. The faucet now wine and the dripping at the handle is gone. I can understand that some may find the flow capacity a bit low, but that is not an issue for me.

Not Bad After Replacing The  Aerator

I bought 2 Cursiva single-hole faucet in the homedepot and installed them. the aerator is really not good. When the water comes out, it separates and not smooth. I have never seen the faucet water come out this way. I am not sure if I can return them.

Bought this model to match our older one, Kohler added water sense, a drip of water comes out. Like the other reviews here, I cleaned the airrator multiple times as customer support instructed. I understand we want to save water but this basically a drip. I went and bought a $25 faucet that had 45x more pressure. Very sad because it has such beautiful design.

1) The rubber gasket under the base has a raised lip that goes all the way around the outside of the gasket to create the seal
between it and the sink. That sealing lip is not wide enough to cover the two outside holes in the sink. When I looked
up from under the sink I could see that lip in the two outside holes.
The holes are 4" on center and are 1.25 Dia. The base it's self barely covered the two outside holes, because that seal lip wasn't
wide enough I ended up having to use silicone to seal the base to the vanity top.

2) The drain tube and pop up stopper is all plastic. When installed, the top of the flange inside the sink sticks up about .09,  
because it sticks up so high it holds water all around it in the bottom of the sink, unlike the metal ones that are tapered
to a thin edge to eliminate that issue, being made from plastic maybe they can't thin it out like the metal one's because
of strength. Also the top of the stopper is finished to match the faucet, the top of the drain tube flange you see in the sink 
is the dark gray like the rest of the plastic, To me it just looks cheap, not what I expected buying Kohler 

3) Like other reviews, when the water comes out, it comes out as a narrow stream, with the wide aerator you would think
it would come out in a wider stream, on so prone to splashing.

Issues with Cursiva bathroom faucet

The aerator is no good. I have taken it out to try to clean it more than once, but there is never sediment or anything in it. Sometimes a small stream comes out almost at a right angle from the faucet and sprays on the counter! Very splashy as well even when all the water actually goes into the sink..
