Dear Kohler, How is the water aerator removed? I think maybe it is dirty with sediment. Is there a tool to pull it out? The water flow was always very poor, but after a few months, it is down to a drizzle.

Purchased this about a month ago. Simple install but for the last 3 weeks the first 5 second of water flow (after the faucet hasn't been used for about an hour) the water comes out looking and smelling rusted. After weeks of trying to figure out the source, the mouth of the faucet is rusted (likely the aerator inside).

Needless to say, a rusted faucet is DANGEROUS for my family to continually use. I'll have to buy another brand. I wouldn't even know how to begin replacing the aerator. It's a shame because the faucet looks and works great.

DO NOT BUY THIS FAUCET!!!
I bought it because it has a wonderful design, I love it. But water will not run through it. There seems to be a design problem. I say design because I bought 1 and waited a year before I finally started my bathroom renovation. Thinking my contractor did something wrong, I bought another one, same problem only a trickle of water. Kohler even sent me a new aerator and vale.  These did absolutely nothing to help the extremely low water flow.

I purchased two of these faucets because they look great and support a modern element but did not realize that the glitter of them would truly turn out to not be gold. The water output is poor and both drain stoppers got broken/stuck within less than a year. if you are considering purchasing this product, DO NOT.. spend a little more for a better product.

Just for looks

I bought 4 of these for a remodel project.  We have had issues with water flow.  There is no way to remove the aerator and customer service at the home office is not available.  I am very disappointed, never had this issue with  Moen

Looks nice but looks aren't everything

[Employee of kohler] I purchased this faucet in the spring if 2019 and within the 1st year of use the finish on baseplate (between the actual faucet and the counter) has started to chip away and looks terrible. It is obviously a different finish than the faucet (that still looks great). I cannot make my sink look nice without replacing the whole faucet. This is very surprising because this was not a cheap faucet. I am very disappointed.

Ok faucet but baseplate chips and corrodes

We bought this faucet a few years ago and were satisfied with the flow rate. Recently however, we had plumbing work done which loosened sediment in our pipes. The faucet’s flow virtually stopped. We removed the aerator. It was clean. The flow restrictor under the valve kit however was completely plugged by sediment. We were unable to clean the flow restrictor so we removed it. None of the drawings or parts lists on the Koehler site show this flow restrictor. It’s as if it doesn’t exist. I really want to replace the flow restrictor - flow is to fast without it. How can I get a new one? A replacement flow restrictor should be available as a service part.

I just wish the water pressure was enough to wash hands or brush teeth. The water just dribbles out. This isn’t what I had hoped for. I’m really disappointed in this product. I will have to pay someone again to install a new faucet.

It looks great but no water comes out.

I bought two of these faucets and they look great, however the flow of the water was a mere trickle. Do not waste your money buying these faucets. I will be contacting Kohler for replacements.

Terrible water flow....horrible

I just bought the shower tub and sink faucets in brushed nickel.  Still remodeling and they already look awful with fingerprints and water spots!?
