As pretty as the faucet is, the functionality is awful -- in part because this model has aerators _in the supply lines_, which require regular cleaning and maintenance by the homeowner or plumber to not slow to a stop, potentially ruining the faucet when any debris hardens and is nearly impossible to remove.

Our hot water line has slowed to a trickle, and seems to be mixing with the cold water as well as seeping out through the fixture bases and dripping into our sink cabinet.  Even after removing the part that keeps the _faucet_ aerator in place, the actual screen is essentially locked in place and can't be removed -- by our very skilled plumber, or us.  He suggested replacing the whole fixture given the number of issues its had.

I've had this for two years and the water pressure was never that great to begin with (no issues with any of my other faucets or the faucet I replaced for this) and this one just gets worse and is just very weak flow that makes no sense and I've tried to troubleshoot but it's not easily worked on.

Terrible pressure and flow

I bought the Katun shower fixture set and widespread faucet in matte black for a complete bathroom remodel project. Within 6 months of use, the finish began peeling off the faucet & 
rusting, despite having soft water. The faucet for the bath tub has been unstable since installation. It has been re-done 3 times with no change. Being from Wisconsin originally, I have always supported Kohler and have literally changed every faucet, fixture, & toilet in my home & replaced it with Kohler products. I couldn't be more disappointed. I wish I would have known how terrible the Finish was before purchasing it because it has been a complete waste of money. It's embarrassing having people come over and see the Finish because it looks like I never even remodeled. I never expected this kind of quality from Kohler. The experience has been so disappointing, I likely will never purchase a Kohler product again.

Complete Waste of Money

We put these faucets into the master bathroom (x2) in our new home a year ago.  They look great, but the water flow is horrible!  My husband's faucet gets slightly more flow than mine, but neither is acceptable.  The plumber who installed them noticed the low flow at the beginning and tried to improve it. He removed the aerator which made a very slight improvement. I could kick myself for not just cutting my losses at that time and having them replaced while still under the builder's care. Unfortunately, COVID was in full swing and getting into places to select new ones was difficult.  Now,  the "flow" is down to a trickle and is not functional.  DO NOT BUY.

I purchased this faucet approximately two years ago and it looked great in our newly remodeled bathroom. Unfortunately, within six months the extremely low water flow turned into a trickle. I replaced the aerator and the water output has not improved. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cheap water lines kink, which is most likely the issue. Avoid purchasing this model until the design flaw is corrected.

Extremely disappointed in my Katun faucets, bought 2 (his/her) for my master bath. The look is great, very sleek and transitional looking. The water flow is terrible. I removed the screw to get to the aerator but the only thing in there was a screen that was perfectly clean. I was hoping that it was clogged so that it would fix my problem but clearly it is just a poor performing faucet.

Beautiful faucet, but due either to product packaging or material design, provided supply lines kink and provide little to no water flow. I had to tinker with these lines multiple times and they still do not provide what I would expect for flow, even given the restriction of 1.2gpm. My experience is similar to the other individual's review regarding this product.

Good looking faucet, but design issues

put two of these in our new bathroom and both are unusable. The supply lines are very cheap plastic so when you connect them to the splitter that supplies the faucet they just kink. best you can get out of these faucets is a trickle.
