We use all Kohler products.  Great design and customer service.
But the flow on this 1.2 gpm faucet is totally inadequate, bordering on frustrating.
Takes forever to fill up the sink and pressure seems to disappear without the volume.
Ok for a powder room, but dont purchase for a main bathroom sink

I installed this faucet a few weeks ago and noticed right away that the preassembled handles were a little loose.

It's a nice looking faucet and complements our half-bath design.

We've had 2 of these faucets for several months now and no matter what we do we can't get the water marks off of them. Even trying to dry them right after cleaning doesn't work. We have brushed nickel fixtures from other manufacturers and they still look new after cleaning. We are very, very disappointed in this faucet.

Refurbished two existing bathrooms and added a master bathroom in 2003 with all Kohler Memoirs (brushed nichol) facets, jacuzzi tub facet, shower trim, tub/shower trim, and sinks. Nineteen years later I replaced my first hot water valve in one facet and a temp cartridge in one shower. I do not have one scratch in any surface finish and everything cleans up so easily is a breeze.  You don't get quality like this any longer from other manufacturers.

I purchased two sets of Memoirs Stately widespread faucets with Art Deco Handles. Two boxes came at the same time. Ordered directly from Kohler inline. One box was fine. The other came with NO HANDLES!!! Each set cost almost $800.00. This is inexcusable shoddy quality control!!!
