It takes too much time to maintain.  We are always having to wipe fingerprints and water spots off.  This never happened with my previous faucet (different company).  I am very disappointed with this product.  Also, I tried to load a picture for all to see using picture guidelines, but unable to download.

I'm happy with this faucet. It works well and is good-looking. I had two challenges with the installation.

First: The design of the retaining clamp is such that the extended brass nut you use to tighten the faucet down to the countertop can interfere with the operation of the drain lever if the countertop is quite thick. I ended up leaving the drain lever disconnected and installing a "clicker" style drain instead.

Second: The base of the faucet is quite small. This is attractive, but it was absolutely at the limit given the existing hole that was bored in my countertop. The faucet uses a gasket on the bottom to seal to the countertop, and getting this aligned so that it would seal all the way around was a challenge.

Attractive faucet; some installation difficulty

I bought 2 of the Refinia faucets 6 months ago. Had them installed by Ben Franklin plumbing and I love them. Single hoke installation. Look and work great!! Would buy them again.

I bought the Kohler Refinia Faucet to rot coordinate with my new vanity and sink. I am extremely pleased with the high quality of the material, from the gorgeous chrome faucet and handles down to the smaller internal components and fittings. The Refinia completes my bathroom renovation and stands out as a focal point! I cannot wait for my kitchen renovation! It will, definitely include Kohler products!

I installed in Fall 2015. Cold water handle no longer works. It's a $4 part, an adapter insert, which is (already) worn out, and we're not talking extensive use. But Kohler does NOT cover worn out or borken parts. It's $4, so I ordered it butKohler, is 4 years all what one should expect from your $347 faucet?

The Refina group of faucets has to be the worst product of Kohler's for showing water spots. This product replaced a previous Kohler product that I liked. I have tried wiping faucets, handles and other pieces after each use. I tried an industrial faucet wax. I just bought the Kohler Faucet Polish. NOTHING works. All pieces, and I have them in two bathrooms in sinks and showers, look terrible. Water spots on everything. I'm very upset and discouraged. Very poor product. A remodel that went wrong just because of the faucets we chose.  I will replace at a later date with a different manufacturer.
