We bought four of these in brushed nickel at Home Depot.  Paid a plumber to install them only to find that one of the faucets' drain stopper was polished chrome!  When we bought them, they were all sealed and appeared that the parts were all intact.  We haven't been able to find stopper at Home Depot to replace it.  Other than that, we do like the faucets and feel like they're good quality - just not happy with the "quality control"!  Once we do get one, we'll have to pay a plumber to return!

Don’t buy the matte black finish. It is not resistant to hard water build up and even if cleaning with the Kohler faucet cleaner it chips away. Not covered under warranty and surprisingly a piece of crap. Other matte
Black products we purchased do not have this problem.

Had this installed by a professional. My first complaint is water just splashes everywhere when using it, even on low. The second is that waterflow is extremely low (especially compared to the previous faucet). I have to leave the faucet running for several minutes to get hot water because of the lack of flow. I'm sure cleaning the aerator may help with the flow but the splashing everywhere is appalling.

Splashes Everywhere and Low Flow

I bought this faucet less than a month ago, and installed it right away.  The flow is fine, but it spatters water everywhere.  After using the faucet for more than just a few seconds results in water drops all over the counter top, which is odd since it sprays it horizontally.

Seeing a lot of reports of that on here. Wished I'd reviewed the product more before buying it.  Some have gotten new aerators that fixed the problem.  I've requested a new one, we'll see how that goes.  If it doesn't fix it, I'll be returning this product.

This faucet has water barely coming out because the very small tube supplying the water goes into some odd filter contraption that cannot be replaced or cleaned out.

Super low flow with no way to clean out filter

Before purchasing this faucet, my water flow was perfect; now, the water flow is so low I hate to use the sink anymore.

Terrible Faucet

We bought 2-Kohler Rubicon Faucets-R76215-4D-CP and both were installed 3 weeks ago and we are having issues with both aerators. Can you please send us 2 new/improved aerators?

Aerator Issues

Bought two Rubicon  Vibrant brushed nickel bathroom faucets at Home Depot 7 months ago and the drain disconnects from plunger and now the drain is so low to sink basin water sits in sink forever to drain. Plus the the circular drain cover has detached from drain . I bought Kohler because of reputation but am disappointed.

Bought two faucets at Home Depot and both have Aerator issues. I have made sure no sediments are in the lines. The water comes out like a spray. I think it should come out as a smooth flow. I called and all they would do is send me two more of the same aerators. If you look at the aerators it is no wonder the water comes out that way. We will see if the replacement parts work.

Aerator faulty

Bought this faucet a few weeks ago at Home Depot.  When you pay $100 for a faucet its expected that the quality standard would be high.  This item does not meet that standard.  The reviews from Home Depot show that.  The aerator on this faucet is horrible.  The stream of water sprays every where at high pressure and runs down the underside of the faucet neck at low pressure flooding the counter top.  It looks like this has been an issue for a few years for the Rubicon, but Kohler still hasn't fixed the issue with a simple update to the aerator.  Strangely, a replacement cannot be purchased at Home Depot or any where else for a few bucks because the design is proprietary to Kohler., instead the customer has to go through the hassle of contacting customer service to get a simple issue fixed.
