No mounting screws, bolts or anchors included with sink, just 4 brackets, so clearly you understand the need for additional support beyond silicone, but you're too cheap to include it. Pathetic. Hardware kit also not available at Lowe's, not in store. Not even easily orderable. Cheap $30 sinks on Amazon come with mounting hardware. Geez

No mounting hardware

Kohler products are high quality and this sink is no exception. Clean lines, good size and modern design make this a good sink for my city apartment.

Sleek design

I purchased this sink on my own after doing a lot of research, and I’m really glad I went with the Kohler Avail. Starting with the design, it has a clean, modern look that fits perfectly in my bathroom. The rectangular shape feels sleek and updated compared to a standard oval sink, and the proportions are just right — not too small, but not oversized either. It gives the countertop a really polished finish.

As far as cleaning goes, it’s been easy to maintain. The surface wipes down smoothly without much effort, and it doesn’t hold onto water spots or stains the way some sinks can. A quick wipe with a cloth usually does the trick, which is great for keeping it looking new.

The water resistance has been excellent. The sink handles daily use without any issues — no pooling water or weird runoff. The undermount style also helps because water from the countertop can be wiped straight into the sink without catching on an edge. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference in everyday use.

On the durability side, the sink feels solid and well-built. It has that high-quality ceramic finish you expect from Kohler, and I don’t see any signs of wear or chipping even with daily use. It feels like something that’s going to last for years without needing to be replaced.

For installation, I had it done professionally, but from what I saw, the process was straightforward. The sink fit perfectly with my vanity setup, and the undermount design gives it a really seamless look. My installer didn’t run into any issues with alignment or hardware, which tells me Kohler got the sizing and quality control right.

Overall, buying this sink on my own was definitely the right choice. The design is modern and stylish, it’s easy to clean, and it’s built to last. If you’re updating a bathroom and want something durable that still looks sleek, I’d highly recommend the Kohler Avail undermount sink.

Great versatile sink

This thing was exactly what I needed. It fit perfectly installed easily and of course as a sink it was functional. My client loved it. I was happy. I'll buy another one if I need to.

Good quality

Great looking sink. Modern square bowl. Perfect depth for our guest bathroom. We didn't have any issues when it came to installing the sink it didn't have any cracks or leaks once put in.

Leakage

Very disappointed in the size of the sink. It’s a really good quality brand and sink but you have to build a custom vanity for it. It’s a very clean Looking design.

Awkward size

The installation was not that hard if you know what you’re doing. It’s easy to clean just use a light cloth and cleaning product. It wasn’t heavy to carry . It was a normal design and the compatibility was great

Sink

Packaging was very good. It was easy to take out and installed. My husband did it. We went out and bought a second one. For our master bathroom. Cost wasn't that bad.

Great

The sink cracked and I was not able to install it- it was however a very beautiful sink that had I’ve been able to install. It would’ve been beautiful in my bathroom.

Be extra careful when installing

I love square shaped sinks and this is the perfect one to go in our bathroom for guests! It’s exactly what we wanted and holy moly was it easy to install and I’m amazed. It goes with our other sink so they now bath and we are very happy with it
