This system was placed in the tub when renovations were made. Within a couple of years, the hose cracked internally and leaked into our kitchen ceiling costing thousands in repairs. 
The replacement part was under warranty, but we had to pay the labour and repair; thousands. 
The repair required a special tool that was a special order and they sent the wrong tool! After which they were unable to fix the part as it continued to leak. So thousands of dollars later there is no fix to a faulty part and we are left with having to eliminate the hose attachment and cap the hole!
