Lisa A.

Buyer beware! We purchased the Iron Works Claw foot tub and the black drain pipe and overflow pipe. Not a small investment. When installing the drain and overflow pipe, the lower section of the black pipe was too too short to be a complete couple in the floor mounted drain. After an hour on the phone with Kohler customer service they offered me the option to buy at a 50% discount a piece of pipe for $300. After spending thousands of dollars for the Kohler clawfoot tub and drain system, I was appalled that they would not send me that piece to complete the look of a very finished beautiful installation. I am refraining from future Kohler purchases that I have often made during my lifetime because of this interaction.

Not satisfied. !!!

This product fits perfectly with my Kohler claw foot tub!
