I am at a loss. We have had 3 different drain assemblies sent out for this tub (the last one was on backorder for a few months) and none of them work properly. I don’t know what to do at this point. We have a beautiful master bathroom and a tub that can’t hold water. We have spent a significant amount of money with Kohler over the years on our builds and this is the first and only product we’ve purchased that we truly feel let down by. 

Kohler, please help us. Your customer service has always been top notch but it seems this particular product has a defective drain design.

Drain issues

I have used the tub a total of 4x and the pop up drain is already broken. It being in the center is aesthetically pleasant but not a functional design. What are the next steps to get this fixed? Where can I find parts? Is it covered under my warranty?

Beautiful but the drain is fragile

This tub was installed in my house on New Year's Eve 2013 and I have used it almost every night I am home and absolutely love it.  It still looks brand new and the matte finish is very elegant.  Cannot recommend more highly!
