Bought the Mariposa 36 x 72 drop in tub- the tub arrived in a cardboard box with no protective packaging or wrap. It was damaged with scuffs and scratches.
Most of this damage is under the polished finish. I wrote kohler.ca (this website)about Jan 29th and told them of our concerns and never received a response. 
We are just installing the tub now. Its apparent the tub was damaged at the mfr. The tub drain hole is centered- the overflow hole is not, this causes the piping to be crooked and adds an extra challenge to the tie-in. Its visible if you look close. The 4 feet are NOT adjustable and came uneven. We had to shim them. The underside molding on one of the side flanges came bevelled. This created another framing challenge to build the frame level    
We found it to be disappointing: poor quality and poor customer service. Would not shop Kohler again due to the quality of the product.
