These faucets are installed at an office were I regularly have appointments. They are some of the most frustrating faucets I have ever encountered. It takes too much effort to find the right location to trigger the water to start. The water stops too soon and too often. It's as though the movement of rinsing is too much for the sensor to register. I often use one hand to hold the sensor on and try to rinse my other hand solo. It's even more complicated when I'm trying to help a toddler rinse their hands and the water won't stay on. It has been so frustrating that I've gone out of my way to write this review when I'm not even an owner of the product, just a frequent user.
