The product itself is excellent. I had a cheap toilet before which was constantly getting clogged. This one has a powerful flush and is the perfect height.  I bought the toilet from Kohler directly because I thought it would be cheaper than buying it from a home improvement store. When the toilet arrived, it was broken. Surprisingly, the Kohler customer support team made it very easy to re-order. They were efficient, fast, and very polite. However, when the replacement toilet arrived, a part of it was broken. Since it was a clip to hold the toilet seat in place and was one of two of the same parts, I didn't send the product back.  I thought I'd just go to the hardware store and pick up a replacement.  I haven't done so, so I'm not totally satisfied.  Bottom line: Kohler makes excellent products and their customer support is wonderful, but shipping ceramic is dangerous no matter how great the company is.

Very comfortable

fairly easy to put in place and put together along with the bottom wax ring. solidly built and able to support the correct amount of weight needed for a plus size person. all toilet items came along with package to put together excluding toilet seat. nice design and sharp looking.

Kohler has really provided another quality product. While doing a bathroom remodel this was the perfect addition.  Very easy install, perfect size,  and quality. Sleek and modern in design this toilet will hold up for years.  Water tank and flush pressure is amazing with the elongated and left trigger flush just the icing on the cake. If you're looking for a great quality toilet that will last a long time, looks great, and is easy to install look no further than Kohler.

Awesome Toilet

So far I like this Kingston Comfort Height two-piece Elongated 1.28 gpf toilet with Left-hand Trip Lever.  The color is nice.  My uncle is a plumber and installed it for me.  He said it was easy to install.  Had to order the seat separately as it did not come with one.  Flushes nice so far.  My kids like to clog the toilet, so we will see.  Flushes quietly.  Although it is a commercial toilet, it worked well in my laundry room/bathroom.

tank and bowl and love, love, love this toilet. We redesigned our bathroom  and this sleek design makes our bathroom look amazing! Toilet is quiet and has unbelievable power for flushing. Would definitely buy again for our next project.

I replaced my existing toilet in my guest bathroom with this comfort height toilet and I couldn't be more happier with the results.  Set up was easy to do and took my husband and I only 15 min to set up this two piece toilet from start to finish the instructions was easy to understand and read. I love how modern and classic the overall feel and look is with this toilet.  The height is perfect for my family of four. My younger kids can comfortably sit on this without feeling to high off the ground but yet tall enough for the adults in my home to feel comfortable while using it. One of my favorite features is the class five flushing technology and how it provides a strong flush with each use as well as quick fill up time between flushes. The handle on this is pretty awesome at getting a strong flush with little effort or force when pushing down lever to 
flush. I definitely would recommend this to others because it offers great performance with each use and is a comfortable design that looks amazing!

Classic sleek design with a powerful flush!

First off we have never installed a toilet before but this was relatively easy to install. It took a few hours for my husband to do it but once when it was, such a major upgrade! It flushes great and water seems to run through very well. It also looks great. I love the little bit of extra height since my husband is 6’4 we both find the height a little more comfortable then the standard. Plus it still fits comfortable under our over the toilet shelf unit.

Beautiful and easy to install

We got this for my father in law who has a lot of problems with mobility.  It's such a great height for him, as he just sort of drops on down to sit.  He says this is so comfortable and the lever is very easy for him to use.  He had a stroke and the last toilet we had was very difficult for him to use safely and comfortably.  This one is just perfect for him in every single way.  It was very easy for my husband to install and took no time at all.  We tried to take photo's but my father in law was so eager to use it he knocked into me and broke my phone..but the product looks great and does a beyond great job!

The Kingston Comfort Height toilet is great.  was very easy to assemble   It comes in two pieces.  It was very easy to install.  It is very sturdy and the height is exactly what  they say comfort height. It fit in a small place with no problems.  I would recommend this to anyone.  Again very easy to install and great height
