Kohler makes a beautiful Steward urinal but several plumbers didn't want to install due to
1. The flushometer stub out doesn't match Kohler's connection. Several back and forth with Ferguson, Kohler and Sloan, it appears that this urinal was NOT vetted or accredited by ANSI/ANSI when first converted from waterless!!!.
2. Braided supply line from Kohler has TWO 90 degree angle which neck down to 1/4 inch. Which restricts the flow.
After two years, finally found a plumber willing to take on the project and had it installed June 9th. So far so good. However, waiting to see if the vacuum breaker holds since the flushometer is in the WALL!!!!

Work of Art. Nightmare to install.

Bought this to install in our bathroom.

They don't have a recommended flushometer. Support said that they recommend Sloan. Sloan flushometers do not have standard support to connect. Have to adapt them to this urinal. ]Copper provided by Kohler is fits 3/4". Brass provided by Sloan fits 1/2".

The urinal is very heavy because of the china construction. They provide two small angle bracks to support the urinal. All the weight is supported on too small angle brackets. All installations will be on tile walls (Kohler support implied its my installation). Have 2x4 support behind the wall for the angles to screw into. But they will still put significant pressure on the tile. Should have had a larger angle bracket for support.

They provide a bracket for the drain. They have female machine screw holes to support the angle bracket to the wall. It goes on the outside of the tile. Seems they would be support for bracket on the wall. No instruction on whether that is necessary or how to use.

Great look, poor design on both the wall support and water connect

Have been unable to locate a flush wall mount Flushometer compatible with this urinal without modification. Please provide recommendation for a compatible wall mount flushometer.
