Seems to be okay the color is a bit different slightly compared to the faucet of the same color(vibrant brushed moderne brass)

Soap dispenser

Nice design. Easy install. Plug and play with existing hole.

Timeless

Love having this instead of a soap container on my counter

Great- sleak design

Paige S.

I love the look but the pump is a bit wobbly. If you’re even a little off center when pushing down it bends. Not sure how long it will last.

Just Okay

Product style is very nice, but the overall design is not up to Kohler standards and not what we had with our old style. The pump is very flimsy and doesn't sit properly on the unit. Kohler sent another one but that one was just as bad.

Poor design

The top to base connect is very flimsy. The top rocks around when dispensing soap. I expect more at this price point.

Less than expected.

Works well. Matches the Crue pull-out kitchen faucet sink I purchased.

Soap Dispenser

I had an old soap dispenser which began to (literally) fall apart. The old one was fine, except its bottle was small, so had to be refilled often. Refilling these from above the counter is usually a mess, as you can't see what you're doing until it overflows! This Kohler dispenser has a much larger bottle, so I'll likely go to the effort of removing it from under the counter to refill it... Or guestimate how much is left by looking at the bottle and actually measure how much I'm putting in... The old one was too small for this, but I can see the bottom of this one. I saw a comment about how it's harder to push this one (than the commenter's expectation). It is harder to pump than my old one, but I expect it to be at least a little harder because it's got to reach from much deeper now. Maybe that explains why it's harder to pump?

As expected, very nice

The component line is very cool. I purchased a Kohler Tio vanity from Costco. Didn’t know it had three holes on the deck. I hate separate hot and cold controls. Got frustrated looking for a solution then I went back to Kohler site and stumbled upon the component line. Loved it. Ordered it from the local Kohler store. They were great. When my installer got to the minimalist hockey puck mixer he told me the three hole diameters were too small for the mixer control. No problem he told me. He called a friend of his who installs granite countertops. His friend came with his diamond hole saw and measured then marked over masking tape then cut both holes for the mixers. Then my installer finished installing them and I love the elegant minimalist look of the black fixtures. Filled the three holes with a hockey puck mixer, a spout in the middle, and then a soap dispenser in the third hole. When people come over and they see the component fixtures they say what the hell is this. I just tell them to play with it and they come back saying it’s the coolest setup they have seen and they love the look. I do not regret getting these fixtures cause I will enjoy them over and over.
