[Employee of kohler] Bought this to go with my matte black Crue faucet. It matches the design of the faucet adequately, but I would have preferred one that was designed specifically for the faucet—the lines and detailing are a little different than the Crue. It has curves to the spout and the side of the body, where as the Crue is all straight lines.

It was really easy to install and pumps out soap like it's supposed to. The price seems a bit exorbitant, but the quality is there—heavy, solid brass, high-quality finish, and smooth pump action.

Easy to install. Works well.

My home was built with kohler and after 15 years it needed a new part, life time guarantee is a gift. If you buy quality, they stand buy their product! So happy I built with the best!

I had a nice, very small Kohler soap dispenser which was about 25 years old. I damaged it by accidentally putting hand sanitizer in it and had a hard time finding a white replacement. I paid extra to get the white color, but then the bottle was way too large for my old Kohler sink. I went to Ferguson and found another cheaper dispenser which had a smaller bottle and that worked. So in the end I had to buy two dispensers even though this one was costly. My call to Kohler ended up with a hang-up from customer service and then I got busy messages, so no help there. This dispenser is much larger than my old one but I am happy with the color and it works but it's remarkable that a Kohler product does not fit a Kohler sink.

Bottle was way too big but I made a fix.
