Happy I bought it

We had our home built by a premier home builder back in 2016 and specified polished chrome Kohler Contemporary Design soap dispensers for our kitchen.  About a year and half later we saw one of the spouts’ tip starting to rust.  It was already over a year, so the warranty period was over.  We kept it and thought it would rust-through quickly but almost 9 years later, the tip finally came apart.  Despite this experience and with everything else still working perfectly, I still believe in the overall quality of Kohler products.

Great Products

I just had the soap dispenser installed in my kitchen and it is perfect.  I was unsure if it would compliment the faucet I had already purchased but the finish was perfect and I love the way it looks.  It also has a large resevoir which is a plus.

The end of the pump broke and left very sharp edges. Tried to replace the top part of the pump and basically would have to pay for a whole new pump. Won't buy a Kohler again. And don't get me started about needing to replace the hose on the faucet...! I will say the chat people did make an effort to help me - too bad they aren't making the prooduct!

Bought 2 of these for our kitchen sink for hand and dish soap. Within 7 years and considerably "low use" in our NY apt the chrome wore off and a second hole popped up in one of the 2 nozzles. Kohler was such a great brand I spent the extra money for the quality I assumed i received. Warranty is for 1 year. They were kind and did offer me 50% off but I purchased a Kraus chrome dispenser for 1/4 of the $$ at home depot with a "life time warranty". Lets see, but I guess most great brands are not what they used to be. disappointing for some one who always say you get what you pay for, not this time.
