I love the purpose of this product. However, the ball-lever in the strainer tailpiece leaked from day one - which means the sink cannot hold water. I contacted Kohler for a replacement 4+ weeks about it and have not received it yet. I had to install a temporary drain tailpiece to tide me over. I called Kohler to check on delivery and they were not able to tell me when the replacement piece will be shipped/delivered. So, I’m just still waiting! (Kohler requests that the review be related to just the product, but in the case of this experience, it seems the product and service are less than optimal)
