Installed this product 3 years ago. It has already rusted out and is leaking. I have had much cheaper products last many more years!

Poor quality

Sarah S.

Previously have had a number of very positive experiences with Kohler products.

After a competitive product rusted, I decided to pay 40% more for a replacement with a Kohler product. After installation, could not get the stopper to hold water in the sink. Bad enough the instructions do not provide any info on adjustments, but, did find adjustment note imprinted on the rubber itself. Nonetheless, despite endlessly loosening/tightening the adjustment screw could not get the stopper to not leak water being held in sink.

It's the simplest of requirements, yet, somehow the engineering failed.

Fails to do most obvious requirment - hold water in sink

I loved my new Kohlor kitchen strainer until today when It fell apart. Please send the correct screw for this device! Thank you!
