I was surprised how much they wanted for this and other cutting boards meant to fit in a workstation.  Aside from the recessed edges that allow it to drop slightly into the sink, it felt like a cheap cutting board you could buy at grocery store of Ikea for under $20.  The wood did not seem treated in any way and so in short order, it has warped so no longer sits flat, the edges are starting to split.  Cheap quality and overpriced.  Buy your own cutting board and just screw in some feet to the underside that fit your sink dimensions and don't waste your money buying this.

The board is advertised as fitting for the Vault model K3945, it does not.  I’d recommend removing that model number from this description.  The one rating is for that reason only.  The way in which Kohler handled my complaint with a full refund and no questions asked is 5 star all the way. Thank you for resolving my issue, I just want other consumers to be aware as it is expensive and absolutely does not work with an undermount solution.

We oiled the cutting board frequently but it still cracked within weeks of getting it. As the other review stated, it doesn’t fit the sink it was sold with. For $110 I’d expect much more.
