Rwviews warned of problems with spreayhead.  They are true.  Once installed, the new spray head worked for 3 days then promptly stopped.  Had to order replacement parts and repair it - valve in supply line was faulty.

Avoid this faucet

Beautiful faucet and sprayer that work well and are easy to operate.

Very attractive faucet

I needed a two piece faucet in order to replace an existing one and add a RO faucet as well. The artifact kitchen faucet, hand sprayer and additional hole cover in oil rubbed bronze works perfect with my earth tone kitchen. The faucet is the perfect height for a corner window location. The design is beautiful, it makes a nice statement without being overwhelming. The temperature  handle has a nice feel and the faucet is tall enough to easily wash large pots. I have no leaking around the faucet. The sprayer is cute but does have some dripping after spraying. I have to shake it off. Also the more forceful setting on the sprayer has to be manually engaged during use so it can be awkward to keep holding down that button. I find that the stronger setting is the one I use the most to rinse the sink and what not. Overall I’m very pleased with product but the sprayer can be some extra work to use.

Beautiful Faucet

The sprayer pulled out after less than a week of installation. The faucet was missing the pin that held it in. Still no replacement part after 2 weeks. The store where I bought it hasn’t received any tracking information. Poor quality control and poor customer service. I’m

The side sprayer is constantly leaking and the faucet does not stay where I sim it- it’s drifts back to center. So annoying.

I bought this faucet in late November 2022.  It’s beautiful in the Moderne brass.  Everything is great except all of a sudden the faucet drifts.  Extremely irritating.  Happens whether its on or off.  Called Kohler and they sent me replacement washers.  But of course I would have to pay a plumber to come out and replace.  I tried it I couldn’t do it.  While I love the faucet Im pretty upset at having to do this for a brand new faucet.  They should havre at least a 1 year labor policy!..

Very expensive but the sprayer is junk, everyone has the same issue. ours is only a year old and the button on the sprayer sticks in the on position spraying everywhere constantly making the faucet unusable. Cheap plastic that cost 80 dollars to replace.

The faucet was newly installed in 2017,
aerators removed with nearly no change in flow and the valve was replaced a few weeks ago. hot and cold both low pressure/flow as with sprayer.
frustrating and disappointing.

flow rate keeps getting slower! less than 1/2 gallon per minute….
