We had bought this faucet about a year ago and love it, the issue is the flow seems to be getting less and less. I have taken apart all the supply hoses to check for blockage and find no issues there. In the package there was not a tool to remove the aerator and I have no way of removing it to check for blockage there. Not sure how to resolve this issue and could use some help

Issue with flow

Always bought moen and tried this faucet. Looks and works well for the price. I am floored by the customer service. Liara could not do enough for me and corrected a small problem I was having  One employee actually facetimed with me to diagnose the problem

We've had our Cardale facet for a few years, and based on the reviews there is a problem with the stream setting holding steady, then the spray interferes. We are now suffering the same issues as previous reviewers. The flaw is not in the install, but in the facet switch design. I would like to know what Kohler will do to correct the design flaw or allow us owners options with another type of Kohler facet head that will fit this model. Good looking product but a flaw in the design operation.

Faucet will not maintain stream setting

I installed it several years ago, and it has been fine until now. The spray nozzle is stuck in the spray position, and I have done every repair that I could find on the internet, with no success.

Dissatisfaction

I bought this faucet a year ago and have had constant issues.  The spray nozzle button is faulty and often sprays with single stream at the same time.  The faucet hose has also been leaking at the top which cause a leak to go down into the cabinet.

Faulty spray nozzle
I purchased and had this faucet installed about 3 months ago. Now, the toggle switch that changes the flow from stream to fanned spray has failed. When set on the fan spray, the nozzle works well, but when switched back to the stream setting, the nozzle produces part stream and part fan spray with low pressure on both and it makes a wheezing sound.  I have a rubber band in place wrapped around the switch to prevent the sound.  I'm not sure if it's QA or material issue or if it's possibly just a bad batch of sprayers. I see in the reviews that there are others that have this same issue.

Faulty Spray Nozzle and Switch

I’ve had this faucet for a year. It installed easily and looks great! We recently had a problem with the sprayer nozzle toggle being defective. I called customer service and they sent out a new sprayer right away. Very good customer service.

We bought the Cardale faucet and soap dispenser a few months ago.  Yesterday the neck snapped off the straw leaving the end up inside the pump.  I tried gluing it back together but it came apart after a couple of uses.  We are both in our  late seventies so the item got no hard use.  We are disappointed.

I purchased this faucet in 2019.  we've taken the sprayhead apart and cleaned the the screen as instructed for faucet maintenance and still have very narrow flow pressue from the head
I have purchased many Kohler products and this is the first time I have had a problem.  Is this part replaceable and is it uner warranty
