This faucet was a near-exact match for my needs, and so I purchased one in August 2020. Perhaps a half-year later, the spout swivel resistance increased noticeably; then, in October 2021, several pinprick holes suddenly developed in the middle of the left side of the spout, spraying fine jets of water out several feet. I called Kohler, and the customer support person was able to understand my two problems, list the parts needed, explain how to replace them, and then expedite their shipping. Thanks to his very good support -- and the documentation and "how to" video on this website -- I was able to repair the faucet.

Very odd failure, but very good customer support

I bought this in September, 2020, especially for the long spout and the lever handle. I was pleased with it. In March, 2021, the spout developed a hole, causing water to spray into my kitchen. The spout was replaced free of charge (except for the cost of the plumber to install it). I am writing in August, 2021, to report that the replacement spout has developed a hole in the same spot. Clearly will have to be replaced with a different product. I will call customer service tomorrow.
