The spray faucet part is broken several times within a year

Like the design of this faucet. We bought it to replace a very similar style kitchen faucet, however we’re super disappointed that the angle sprayer doesn’t lock and I have to hold the button down in order to use it. I foresee my finger getting tired and being annoyed, holding this down in order to wash my dishes. Would not recommend if you are strongly invested in using the angled sprayer on a regular basis. Didn’t have any water pressure issues. I used to have high expectations for Kohler, but after this design on the faucet, I’m quite disappointed. Considering this was a higher end faucet at our big box store, a locking feature on the stream vs. angled spray should have been a no-brainer for this product.

Spray adjustment feature doesn’t lock

First, I’m a Kohler fan. My entire house has Kohler Bancroft fixtures. This is a similar look, which is why I really like the design of it. That said, after the install, the flow is subpar. It should have a flow rate of 1.5gpm at 60psi. I’ve got more than 60psi and I’m getting .75gpm. There are what appears to be small bits of black plastic flushing through it when I take the head off. I’m assuming there’s something internal that I can’t get to blocking the flow. Sadly  will uninstall it tomorrow and return it. I don’t know if I will do an exchange or find something different.

I Want To Love This But Pressure Is Terrible

Finally got this installed and although I have only used it a few times I know already that it’s great. Really like the look of the rounded off corners.

Love the spray feature

Purchased this product at a Lowe’s recently.  I did the install myself and followed the instructions provided.  The look and appearance of the faucet is beautiful and we really enjoy how it blends in with the kitchen.  However, we are not satisfied with the rate of flow of the faucet.  There is plenty of pressure and flow at the water supply cutoffs, with the gauge at the pressure tank reading 40 psi.  The previous faucet had good flow and pressure.
Since I work during the day, getting in touch with the helpline to get additional support has been a challenge.  The call center is located in the central time zone and I am in the eastern time zone.  They help line is open M-F, 8-5 central time.
The website has been a little frustrating for me, but that is my experience.
I am going to remove the faucet today, and exchange it.  I hope the replacement performs better.

Low flow after installation

This kitchen sink faucet is beautiful, though I do wish the sprayer had more pressure. The brushed nickel finish matches my stainless appliances perfectly. I really like the feel of the handle and its smooth functionality. The faucet was very easy to install and came with all needed parts. The sprayer dispenses water in a fan shape that is effective, though the pressure seems low.

Beautiful kitchen sink faucet

I received this after I got out of the hospital. My son had installed it. The faucet is very nice and easy to use, the pull down nozzle is a great feature. I would definitely recommend this faucet to other people. The installation was very easy according to my son

Great product

I love this faucet.  It was super simple to install, and looks so sleek in my kitchen!  The pull down feature is so much better than a separate sprayer and keeps everything looking nice and neat.  Highly recommend!

Simple to install

We've had the sink for a couple weeks now and I can say that I couldn't be more pleased with the Ealing faucet.  I love the modern minimal asthetic.  The build quality and stainless Steel finish were beyond expectations.  One thing we found interesting is that when the alternative stream button is pressed the spray comes out in a vertical pattern rather than the typical center focused pattern of most faucets.  This allows you to have more coverage area when spraying dishes.  You can see the unique spray pattern in the attached photos. I'm very happy with this faucet and would easily recommend it to anyone looking for an upgrade to their existing faucet.

Great Minimalist Sink Faucet

I picked up this nice faucet to use for a remodel project and ended up giving it to one ouf our team memebrs that was remodeling his kitchen. His wife loved it and it really does look nice and works well.
