Been using this faucet for around 2 years and the faucet head just started sticking in the spray position.  Other reviewers here have said the same.  Expected a longer lifespan for the price.

Faucet Gets Stuck in Spray Mode

We purchased this faucet at Lowe’s four years ago and were very excited as it worked extremely well with our kitchen renovation. Fortunately, about a year ago, our water pressure significantly dropped, and after attempting multiple methods of cleaning and replacing parts, it was clear the spray head issue as our pressure  was completely normal without the spray head attached. Able to say we were disappointed as this faucet is not cheap. After reading other reviews it seems this is a common problem. I will not be purchasing another Kohler faucet without reading reviews ahead of time.

Pressure problems

I like it a lot but one issue, there is pretty wicked pinch hazard where handle meets the stem. It takes an awkward reach, but I barely avoided some sheared off skin!

Now that I’ve looked at the ratings I’ll never purchase another Kohler product.  Had 2 head plug up with nothing in the screen. Instead of buying a third head, I’ll purchase a new faucet but check the rating first.

Faucet is very nice. Unfortunately the spray didn't last long. Sprayer would get stuck in spray mode. Couple months later soap dispenser stopped dispensing the soap. I'm very sad it didn't last long.

Great but sprayer failed on us

Looks nice but spray head is junk. About a year after installation we noticed it would not switch between spray and stream. Never had a faucet do this, especially in this price range. So it has been stuck in spray mode with a little bit of the stream ever since. Not sure we will buy another Kohler or recommend them after this experience.

Disappointing spray head quality.

We purchased this faucet 2 years ago and it's already leaking from the hot/cold handle ant it completely came apart as my wife was using it today.  I tried to speak to customer service and was on hold forever.  I decided to chat with a representative instead and we lost communication twice.  finally got through to a third individual, Laura, and she advised me that an order for parts was submitted.  hopefully they are the correct parts but for now we have no kitchen faucet. We bought a Kohler product thinking it would last but unfortunately, we were wrong.

Looks great but poor quality

I tried to post a recipe on how this faucet will not stop leaking and wrote a very detailed review.   But because the review was only 1 star it would not post.

Leaks out the bottom and the handle

Great-looking faucet that hasn’t held up. Water now leaking from handle and base of the faucet. Very disappointed as I trusted the Kohler brand and it was not inexpensive.

Leaking In Less Than A Year

Loved the design, loved the faucet….  For the first year.  Now I have to buy a new faucet!  The Kohler Ealing faucet we installed started leaking last week and after looking for several hours to find replacement parts I’ve given up.
