The design is esthetically beautiful, but that's where it ends. Functionality leaves much to be desired. The fauce often spits, the separator valve clunks occasionally, and the aerator barely softens the weak flow of water (possibly due to an undersized tube in the beefy metal housing?). The companion sprayer started leaking (does not properly shut off) after just a few uses. No matter how we tried to compensate, it just continued leaking after use,  leaving a pool of water on the base and counter, so no longer use it. Hopefully, warranty will send us a sprayer that works properly.

Pretty But Disappointing

I have a simple kitchen - a stainless steel background with lots of kitchen utensils hanging, but the nickel plated Edalyn faucet works well with this background and gives the kitchen a beautiful, warm, inviting look. I love that I can clean around it so easily. Thanks.

Just finished a full kitchen gut and reno that left us without a kitchen for over 3 months. We were thrilled when our sink was installed and I was so happy about the look. It’s a gorgeous faucet. But, I never read the reviews before purchasing, and now find myself in the same situation as others with a super leaky sprayer. From the absolute first time we used this faucet, the sprayer leaked, and leaked a lot . I see comments about “residual water” from Kohler… I have done absolutely everything you can do to release any residual water from that sprayer. I even turn the faucet off before I let go of the sprayer handle, shake it for a good 30 seconds, and still, without fail, when I set the sprayer back in its slot, it drips. And not just one little drip, it builds up around the bottom and has to be wiped. I’m definitely pretty disappointed and bummed that our brand new sink has become a chore for us and wish the product would be remedied and sent to customers.

Sink stream takes too long to stop. Spray handle leaks after use. Installed for kitchen remodel and client was recommended by designer but now is unhappy. Very expensive product for not even basic high end function.

This faucet looks really nice and we also bought a matching pull-down faucet for our prep sink.  The finish is nice.  Our issues with this bridge faucet are twofold.  First, the pressure seems very limited and our plumber attributed that to the design to save water.  The Rohl faucet it replaced had better pressure.  Also disappointing is the material of which the side sprayer's connection hose is made.  It is rigid and does not "slide" in and out easily, but rather gets caught, snagged and doesn't return properly.  The plumber said it would take time for it to relax and would improve, but after a month plus, it is still a problem.  The prep sink has an awesome braided hose for the pull down, which glides effortlessly in and out of position.  We bought at Home Depot and price and delivery service were both good.

Looks great but both the side sprayer's hose material and water pressure are issues

It’s nice looking but pressure is too low and it dribbles after shut off despite replacing pressure valves sent to me. I’m stuck with this style because it’s what I had before and don’t want to have to replace my countertop. Previous one leaked for years and I finally decided to replace it and now I’m pretty unhappy. Not sure if it’s a faulty item or the overall flaw of the design.

Not thrilled

Faucet looks nice but doesn’t shutoff completely drips after shutoff. Cleaned the water filter at the faucet end. Problem still exists. This has been noted in previous reviews. Sprayer hose is made of inflexible plastic which is very tough to work with takes two hands and a lot of effort to pull out and put back in the holder. This has also been noted in past reviews. What has been done to correct these problems by Kohler. I am sure you need to hire a plumber with any solutions.

Shoddy quality control

Don't waste your money.  Kohler really cheaped out on this. The hose on the sprayer is garbage.  Its hard and inflexible, some sort of plastic, as well as the inside of the sprayer head.  It leaks and drips all over the counter every time you use it.  Could have gotten this quality from one of the big box stores for a fraction of the price.

Why does it take so long to shut off ??  I am a plumber and after installing I thought it came with bad cartridges but after reading reviews it looks like they all do that ?
