Good Customer Service

Really happy with the look of the faucet and they way it worked until recently, 16 months later, when the head no longer works. You have to keep the button pressed to make the sprayer OR the normal flow to work. Makes washing up impossibly difficult and annoying. I can see thru the reviews its a common theme

Inner tube failed twice in 5 years (they replaced the first one), resulting in flooding under the sink, behind the cabinet and into our basement. The whole point of this style is to be able to use the flexible sprayer, but apparently it is prone to disconnecting somewhere inside and sending the water back along the hoses (where you can’t see it). This time I didn’t bother asking for a replacement as it’s not worth the aggravation and damage. I switched to a Moen.

Nice looking and functional faucet we installed in our kitchen a few months ago, except the spray is the worst I have ever experienced in a kitchen. It's very narrow in one direction so it has poor coverage, and otherwise the spray is so wide I get wet anytime I turn it on. It is so annoying daily that I'm ready to replace the entire unit. I hate it.

I hate the wide spray

Look elsewhere before buying. Faucet was installed less than 4 years ago. Normal household use. The faucet head started to leak after 2 years, and the soap pump gave out after 3 years. Finally buying replacement parts... Product has only 1 year warranty. I expected better quality from Kohler.

Expect more from Kohler

I really wanted to love this faucet, but unfortunately, have been disappointed. The install was fairly easy, but the DRASTIC reduction in water pressure we now have is unacceptable, plus the soap dispenser stopped working after 1 month. The water pressure cannot even create a soapy foam of water and dish detergent. It cannot even direct a very light piece of food down the drain. It is ineffective and inefficient. We wish had read reviews prior to purchasing. KOHLER…please do better and make this right.

Bought a brand new 33inches stainless steel sink and the kitchen faucet Elmbrook in stainless steel too, perfect addition for an updated look!

We had this faucet 9$200) for 10 months and noticed that the spray assembly was malfunctioning. We checked YouTube videos and Kohler forums but no solution was found to fix the button that was kicking back (sputter - makng noise) and the water flow was poor. The replacement part online was $30 and we didn't know how long it would last - poor design. So, we decided to replace this faucet with another brand.
