Great faucet. Only issue is that you had the “Cold” inlet sticker on the hot hose.

The faucet head does not re-seat after use.  The gentle spray has some spray going off in a too broad direction .   The faucet head appears not to be metal. For $600, I would expect much higher quality.

Not good value for the money.

I’ve had a Kohler kitchen faucet since 2004. Just replaced with modern Kohler faucet about a month ago. Love Kohler products and the customer service is fantastic.

I purchased this specifically for the color, which is exactly what I hoped for.  I bought on-line direct for Kohler because my local plumbing supply store said they wouldn't be able to get one in for several more weeks due a a shortage and back-ordering.  I had the sense that the one I received was a restock item.  The faucet was missing the usual protective packaging that I have come to expect from Kohler, and their were finger prints and smudge marks on the faucet and on the white box itself and the seal/sticker appeared to be reattached.  Still not a problem.  I was happy to have the faucet in the color I wanted, the smudges were superficial and wiped away and I turned the item over to my plumber who immediately noticed the defect.  The goose neck that the pull out spout attaches to, pulls out and separates from the base with little effort.  (The base does not swivel and isn't designed to swivel).  Anyway, the faucet operates, but just knowing that it isn't right, is bothersome, especially since I paid full price and got a re-stock faucet that the first guy likely returned for the same reason.

Good Color - Good Design - But Not a New Item

I love the functionality of this faucet but the finish on it does not look the same as when it was new and I am hoping it won't wear away. I also thought the gold had a Champagne gold finish and  mine looks yellow gold to me.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this faucet and I’m happy with our choice. I did want the touchless option, but the reviews were not good.
This faucet is fabulous! It’s beautiful and functional.

For price the item isn’t heavy duty.  Seems flimsy

Overpriced

Product took 3 months to arrive, and after install it leaked from the handle and dripped from the head of the faucet.  Called support who said they would be ordering me a part so I could fix the handle leak myself.  After waiting another month (and reinstalling my old faucet while I waited) it never arrived.  Called support again who told me the part was now on back-order and it would be another month for the part to arrive and if I wanted a new faucet sent it would be another 3 months wait time.  They also told me I could order the replacement part myself from a 3rd party to shorten the wait time which is what I did.  However there seems to be a design flaw with the way the handle works, it slowly loosens an internal piece over time with use.  After so many days/weeks there will be a small leak again that requires me to take off the handle and tighten things up.  There is also a plastic spacer where the top swivels that is rather sharp, it sticks out when the faucet is turned which has snagged and hurt me while cleaning.  While it looks nice, I would not purchase a square design again and will not purchase anything that doesn't have multiple in stock as this was a major hassle.
