I purchased this KOHLER pull-down faucet at Costco. After about a month, the water had a strong old-rubber-hose smell when first turned on. KOHLER warranty replaced the faucet, but after another month, the exact same smell returned. Once the water runs briefly, the smell disappears. Very disappointing.

I bought this from Costco to replace my Moen kitchen faucet for aesthetic reasons only. It was easy to install and looks nice, however the materials are noticeably more flimsy than the Moen. The boost function offers a negligable increase in flow, this was not a feature I was looking for to begin with and I think I would prefer to have a stop function instead. 
The worst aspect of this faucet is that it is SO LOUD. This didn't even occur to me to even think about before buying a faucet, but in our open concept living space it is nearly intolerable. Oddly enough, it seems to be quieter on the boost setting. I don't know if Costco will accept a faucet that has been installed as a return, but I am seriously considering it.

Loudest Faucet Ever

I just purchased and installed (at an additional cost of $200) this faucet, and like others here, the ‘boost’ feature doesn’t work at all. I do not recommend this product.

Doesn’t work as advertised

I love the look of this faucet but am disappointed that the boost function doesn’t work. I paid $200 for the installation. If I were to uninstall and return, it’ll be another $200 for a new install. I’m kind of at a loss on what to do. Is it possible for kosher to send a new head where all buttons function in 3 different ways as advertised?  Disappointed to say the least.

Looks good but doesn’t function as advertised.

Bought this one from Costco.  The booster button function doesn’t show any faster flowing as advertised 30% faster.  The aerated flow not great, splash even washing hand as compare to other product.

Average, not great.

Great product we purchased through Costco at a good price.  The faucet functions well and looks great.  No issues so far and the installation process was quick and easy.

Great buy through Costco

I bought this faucet from Costco at a bargain price, easy to install and is very nice to say the least. It has a water saving option and has a sweep spray that is really nice for cleaning dishes or the sink after use. It is also stain and finger print resistant which is also a nice feature. Would definitely recommend to those in the market needing a new one and can get a great price at Costco if you are a member.

Purchased in February 2025, faucet is fine for looks and water functioning, but the magnet that holds the head in is weak, even turning off the water makes the faucet head drop and hang off the shaft.
