Very happy with product. Excellent styling, ergonomic functions and ease of installation. Would give 5 stars however, in less than 2 months the spray head remains stuck on spray and we have to manually pull out the button to return to stream. When first installed the spray head would automatically spring back to stream when we turned of the water flow. I am hoping this malfunction cane repaired or replaced under warranty.

Great Features + 1 small issue

Easy to install and looks great. The pulldown nozzle is a great feature and retracts easy.

The spray button on the pull down nozzle malfunctioned after one year. I repair it and it malfunctioned again (no water quality issues involved). Also the soap dispenser design was lacking compared to my new faucet. I am disappointed in Kohlers decision to put this design into production.

Sub Par faucet

Terrible subpar cheap materials used, questionable engineering/design. cheaply made. Manufactured as of it were to be dispensable. furthest thing from longevity and high quality. We purchased this faucet about a year ago or so for our kitchen sink. Aesthetically this is a winner. The Kaori really is the best pair of earrings a diligent kitchen sink could wish for. Simply a beauty. Unfortunately aesthetics is the only thing going for the Kaori. It’s been a hellish nightmare since our plumber installed it. 
Issues: heavy awkward counter-weight contraption to help guide sprayer up gets stuck or lodged into the water supply lines, valves, drain assembly, etc. Using their pull-down is far from smooth and simple-if weight thing gets stuck on something, it is difficult to get the pulldown to pull out. Returning the sprayer attachment to faucet requires you manually guide/inset/snake the sprayer hose back in, which is very awkward and cheap. Another issue is that the weight contraption thingy that’s suppose to help the sprayer return to dock passes through up and down right by the cold/hot water supply lines. Yes, love the convenience of having the water supply lines ready to connect and tighten to the valves, but the braided hoses are so thin and frail +the threaded part is subpar and likely gets smacked by the sprayer weight contraption thing which every once in a while the valve connection to the water supply hose gets a bit loose and leaks. Ruined the interior of my new kitchen base cabinet. The first leak with the Kaori devasted me for it caused the entire bottom of my newly istalled kitchen sink base cabinet to sag, stink and break off/deform/disintegrate. 💔 Soap dispenser is manufactured with cheap, frail, low grade plastics that are the furthest thing from durable. The soap dispenser is suppose to be secured onto countertop underbelly with a thin almost see through low grade plastic thing. The plastic thing that secures the dispenser doubles as the part that attaches the dispenser to the pump. Again, looks great but furthest thing from durability. attachment porbroke the second or third time I refilled the bottle with dish soap. threaded in place Loved how cute the soap dispenser matched the faucet that i went ahead and bought the matching air gap cover in matching brass finish as well as the flanges both for the garbage disposal and the reg flange.  I Apologize in advance if my review is discombobulated a bit. I jumped around some as my keyboard was getting wet as I tried taking a photo of the very leaky hose. 🤦🏼‍♀️ The faucet and soap dispenser was suppose to have been our exquisite touch of sophistication-instead both components undid part of our remodel due to the damage of the newly installed kitchen sink base cabinets we had put in in our center island as part of the remodel. Explainer-base cabinet interior floor and back wall caved in in some areas, crumpled and became deformed in other areas and areas I was able to salvage easily  disintegrate. caused by was  the fallen soap dispenser and leaky hose. finale sort of the cherry on top of our kitchen remodel. My spouse and I spent about 3-4 months searching in hope of finding the perfect fixture that had that had that aha factor. Found the Kaori in Vibrant moderne brass and loved the finish, design, style..Koehler had both the aesthetic and after extensive deliberation my spouse and I decided to stick to Kohler-we’d have no less. everyone who’s walked into my kitchen since the remodel falls in love with the remodel and the faucet always gets special attention as it is literally in the center of a large open area im the center of our home. 
***The Kaori did it for me as far as aesthetics, but its performance has been lackluster and utterly disappointing. Soap dispenser seems like it was manufactured to be dispensable and the faucet either has some major design/engineering flaws or perhaps i just got a glitchy defective one.

Such disappointment-leaks, subpar materials, headache of a faucet

Very disappointed with this product. Installation was pretty simple, but then I discovered that one of the supply lines was cracked and leaking. I replaced it with another unit, and it was fine for a few months, but then the valve for the sprayer began to stick in the pressed-in position, making it necessary to manually pull it back out to turn off the spray function. Then the faucet began leaking at the end of the hose where it attaches to the spray head because it wasn't tightened securely. Within less than a year, there was another leak at the valve, because *it* wasn't securely tightened either, resulting in lots of water inside the cabinet below before we realized what was happening. A few months later, this happened yet again; evidently it's not possible to tighten the handle enough to prevent it from eventually loosening up again on it's own. Finally, a couple of days ago, the hose itself developed a leak just above where it screws into the spray head, just from flexing the hose through normal use. \Sso here I am on the website ordering a new hose for it. Very disappointing for a faucet that is only about two years old.

By far, the most problematic faucet we’ve ever owned in 23 years of homeownership. The button on the back of the spray head started sticking almost immediately. Nothing fixes this. I should have returned the faucet then, but I was willing to deal with it because the aesthetics were perfect for our main sink (we have a 13 year old D*lta on our prep sink that has never failed us). Then a year later the pull down hose starts leaking at the metal collar, spraying water everywhere, right as we are leaving for vacation. I purchased a replacement and it is constantly shedding tiny black bits that clog up the aerator screen. The spray head, which now needs to be cleaned weekly, does not want to thread onto the hose smoothly and the threading of the sprayer is plastic, so even simply reattaching the spray head is not actually simple as it should be. This musty be reattempted several times to ensure the cheap plastic threading does not get cross threaded and ruined. Ridiculous. The final straw is that now, after replacing the hose, something is wrong with the cartridge. We have nearly zero water pressure. It is not the supply lines and not the clogged aerator, as I have addressed both of those issues. It can only be coming from the cartridge and there is no readily available literature or online directions explaining how to disassemble and fix this. At this point, I am throwing this in the trash and going with a different brand. I should also note, we are starting another bathroom remodel in 2 weeks, and will unequivocally NOT be using Kohler products in it or anywhere else in our homes.

After six weeks of our kitchen remodel we were looking forward to having the Kaori faucet installed by our plumber yesterday. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. The water stream does not come out evenly on the sides. Instead of water spraying downward, small streams spit out on the sides getting your arms and body wet. The water pressure is absolutely horrendous as the water aeration is very odd and appears there is none. Overall not up to Kohlers I've had in the past. Will be replacing this brand new faucet and throwing this is the garbage where it belongs.
