Do not buy kohler faucet!   Had 2 faucets in 3 years, first one with water leakage, then second one with no pressure!,   Cannot do minimum dishes.  Then all you can do is to replace with another parts that will fail and with suggestions to be a faucet maintenance person!     This is infuriating and an insult to my time and intelligence.   When you tell me to regularly remove spray head and soak in vinegar, you, the kohler is saying “we sold a product that cannot handle water, and expect me to be unpaid maintenance worker!!      ARE YOU OUT OF MIND.?  A high quality kitchen faucet with its name value should be a set it and forget it”.  Kohler is telling me to shut off water under sink, and I need to dissemble parts every few weeks  months just to get water to flow, you just sold defective product.  You are telling me the failure is my fault for not cleaning rather than for you using bad materials, bad engineering that cannot withstand local water and it’s still selling at 
Lowe’s this neighborhood!    You are normalizing the abnormal regularly — a vague term to avoid liability.   Who has time to take apart kitchen faucet, soak in vinegar and reassemble every month?   Do you?.  Plus shutting water on and off under sink!  I have a life, career and a life!,    I don’t have time to be a full time faucet technician.    And you want to go out buy vinegar on my own?   And vinegar trap —- soaking in vinegar is a temporary fix not a solution.   The moment I put it back, the hard water will start build up again.  You aren’t offering a cure, rather offering a never ending chore.  It’s a classic way for making excuse to avoid liability.   The first one leaked under sink because of clog deposits.  Second I have no pressure.    Do not buy any kohler.

oh my god, who has time to regularly disassemble and soak in vinegar water and shut off water then on, what a suggestion you give !!     Used so many other faucets and never ever had the issue of leaking or low pressure, and you suggest to cleanup regularly?>?>?>    you have time to do that?? i don't.   and yes, you are sending me a valve, and that's taking 2 weeks to get delivered when i asked to expedite then rep lied
That is absolutely infuriating, and frankly, it is an insult to my time and intelligence.

When you tell me to "regularly remove the spray assembly and soak it in vinegar," what they are really saying is: "We sold you a product that is not designed to handle the water in your home, and we expect you to be our unpaid maintenance worker for the rest of its life."

Let’s look at why that advice is so dismissive!!! 


1. It’s an admission of failure
A high-quality kitchen faucet should be a "set it and forget it" appliance. If a company tells you that i  need to disassemble parts of it every few weeks or months just to get the water to flow, the product is defective for in my environment. You are essentially telling me that the failure is my fault for not scrubbing Your bad engineering, rather than yours for using materials and designs that cannot withstand standard local water.

2. You are normalizing the abnormal

"Regularly" is a vague term you use to avoid liability. In your minds, "regularly" might mean every month. Who has time to take apart their kitchen faucet, soak it in vinegar, and reassemble it every month?  I have a life, a career, and a family—I don't have time to be a full-time faucet technician.

3. The "Vinegar Trap"

Soaking in vinegar is a temporary fix, not a solution. The moment I  put it back, the hard water starts building up again. You  aren't offering a cure; you are offering a never-ending chore. It’s a classic way for you to keep you busy so you don't demand a refund or a replacement with a different model.
I am very upset, unsatisfied with your product, your service!!   And how you handle a comment!!!!!

do not buy kohler!  they suggest cleaning up yourself when you are selling and knows that it will clog

do not buy any kitchen faucet from kohler!!  in california!!   it does not work!!   we bought first one in 2023, 3 years later, it leaked crazy under sink, so they replaced it.  we thought, maybe we got unlucky. Had to go through all the replacement at our labor and cost.  Second one lost water pressure after 6months!!  I do not expect a lot, no high pressure, no touch automatic, I just want simple water flow where i can do normal dishes, but I coudn't!!!     Gemini and google ai tells me that it gets clogged with california water with deposits and minerals.  When i chatted with kholer person, she said, she cannot control water quality, then do not sell in california or have a warning that it will break down after few years!!!!!    Had other faucets and never ever had any problems, and I do not want any kohler, do not buy kohler, all  they can do is to replace and problems will happen over and over again

I bought this kitchen faucet last year. After 6 month usage, water flow changes to very slow, hard to wash dishes. disappointed.

I have had this faucet for two years, and it has been wonderful. It looks great, and its functionality is perfect. Recently, I accidentally broke the pullout hose (my fault) and contacted customer service for replacement parts after mistakenly ordering the wrong part on my own. The customer service at Kohler is, by far, the best I have ever experienced with any household appliance or service. I highly recommend this brand because of its exceptional service and quality.

Color is great. Installation was easy but the faucet arm is very flimsy. Not sure if it is worth the money. The pull down does not retract. You have to push back in. Will update.

Buyer beware.  I have owned this faucet in the Moderne Brass color for over a year now.  The spray head fails to aerate water flow only after a couple of months (water comes out like it does from a garden hose with no aeration and with very weak pressure).  I have been through 2 replacement heads already and they keep failing.

Faulty spray head/design flaw

We bought this two years ago. We love the design: it is simple and modern, and easy to clean. We particularly like the spray function which cut through quite a few food debris. However, there is one draw back and I hope someone from Kohler (or from this community) can help. There is absolutely no leverage to take the aerator out for cleaning! We emailed customer service and they only told me to turn "with my hand". The sprayer head is practically flat and there is no place to place the plier or a wrench to turn it, unlike the Simplice series, which has two flat surface for the wrench to gain leverage. Can anyone help?

It is beautiful, but...

I got this faucet for my laundry room, it is heavy and sturdy, has a sleek modern look. the pull down with two functions works perfectly. the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the install instructions were a bit confusing.

I love this faucet! It works very well,was easy to install and no leaks! I like that the finish resists corrosion and tarnishing and the high arch spout gives plenty of room for scrubbing pots and pans.I love the elegant design,it makes my kitchen look great all the time.
