Bought about a year ago and recently the hot water flow decreased, cold is fine.  Hot water flow in the rest of the house is fine and out the shutoff for the faucet is fine so it it just this faucet.  Should have lasted longer than a year.

quality?

Bought this faucet 1 1/2 years ago.  The seal where the hose attaches to the spray head has split and it sprays water all over.  I am in the process of filing a warranty claim. I will have to replace the hose which involves disconnecting from under the sink in a very hard to reach area, so even if Kohler honors the warranty, I face a difficult repair, not happy with this product.

Don’t recommend

I installed this faucet a week ago and the installation went smoothly. However the water sprays everywhere from the nozzle. I’m only getting a gallon a minute of flow, which is ridiculously low, so I know that’s not the problem. Reading the other reviews it seems this is a common problem and one Kohler should fix.

Nice look, poor implementation

Easy to install. But they use two screws to tighten from the bottom of the sink, the faucet is still a little bit wobbly after I tried for a while. I may have to change to use a tight nut at later time.

Brand new faucet, installed it yesterday. Water does not flow out smoothly... Spurious flowlines with lot of splash. Thinking bad aerator but then there is no way to remove and clean it. Wondering if I buy a new faucet and swap out the head but it appears to be a poor quality faucet design based on complaints from other reviewers. Have already spent almost $200 on the faucet and another $100 on the install... Now removing it to get a new one will cost another $100 or so. Not sure what to do..

We had a previous Kohler faucet so we assumed this one would be a nice upgrade without much hassle. We get it installed, most of the way, and realize a major problem. The water supply lines, the hoses, are a few inches shorter than on the older faucet model. Why? Why did they decide to just shorten them by 2 inches and now we have to go and spend more on a extension hose.   Even better, there is no clear labeling on the size of the supply lines, or their fitting sizes so you could know to prepare for this.  Terrible attention to detail.

This faucet does not have a soft stream of water. Every time we turn the water on, the stream hits the bottom of the sink and splashes drops of water on the kitchen counter. I've never encountered this with a faucet. I've had it for a week and am tired of wiping the counter every time the water is used. I'm replacing it. Also the wide stream of the sprayer isn't always practical to use.

Wondering if there's a different nozzle for this faucet.  Purchased a similar faucet at Costco a few years ago and really like it, so bought this one.  Don't care for the fan-style of the sprayer.  Our first one has a single jet, and would like to know if there's a replacement nozzle that has this single high-pressure jet function.

We just had this faucet installed.  Water is splashing in every direction, even when the sink is empty.  Water is hitting the wall and us, up to 8" above the counter.  The sink is 8 3/4" deep.  The splashing happens at low pressure too (i.e. not enough pressure to have the spray mode function.)  It's a mess and a disappointment.
