We have had this faucet for a while (also bought at Costco), but the switch between functions is not working very well anymore. It's like a hybrid between the two functions. We have a water softener and so it doesn't make sense that it would be build up in the faucet itself. I think the button just slowly stopped working.

Good for a while

I bought this faucet several years ago at a Costco and have only had problems ever since. In 2023 Kohler replaced the faucet due to a low-flow problem, which I believe was due to the touch-less function. Unfortunately the problem has persisted and I’m now likely going to need to buy a new faucet. I probably won’t be buying a Kohler given that I expect the engineering involved with this product was poor at best.

Recurring low-flow issues

I’m kind of bummed because we bought this at Costco just a couple years ago. It has a manufacture date of 2016 so it might be a little before that but somewhere inside the unit not in the hose and not in the actual sprayer there’s something caught in there which reduces the hot water flow.  So instead of really spending hours and hours troubleshooting it or soaking it in I don’t know calcium carbonate or something to try and clean the inside of it. I just went to Costco and bought another one, but it’s a little disconcerting didn’t last very long even though it has a limited Lifetime warranty— It’s not the water heater because we have Delta products throughout the house. Nothing ELSE here is clogged other than this thing I suspect some of the passage way inside this are just really really small.  Like I said, there are other products here that I’ve been running for the entire age of the house which is 35 years without issue…

It worked great for about two years or so.

I bought this faucet 6 years ago and it has already started leaking terribly to the point of being unusable.  (see photo).

Leaks

Great faucet and functions the way we expected. I purchased additional plastic caps so complement our countertop and it looks great. Just wish Kohler would not have discontinued our sink rack!!

Sink fauct review

Will always buy Kohler.  This faucet was working great for 8 years and now has a leak in the hose.  Couldn't find the part locally anywhere.  Called Kohler for help, and WOW, it's under warranty and they are sending me the part for free.  For this reason alone, I will always buy a Kohler and would be happy with this model as well.  The Customer Service was amazing!  Megan and Tracy were both very helpful and top notch. 

One note on this particular model:  The changing out of the handle color, which is a rubber slip, sort of, isn't that useful.  It's easy enough but ultimately, I found it an unnecessary feature and would have been just as happy with a standard stainless steel handle.

Kohler Customer Service is Amazing

Love the look and operation when it was new. now having a few issues with spray head not wanting to change back and forth between spray patterns, and possible bad seal with the on an off valve, it will develop a small drip every now and then. would like to speak to a rep about the issues. Thanks

New was great now having a few issues

I'm not even sure of when we purchased and installed the faucet/sink combo from Costco...At least 2018, so 4 years later and I still love it. The reason I'm leaving a review today, is because over the last couple of months the water flow has been slowly dying/getting very weak. So, I came to the sight, did some troubleshooting and decided the quick connect piece (connects hose to faucet) is probably the culprit. Got on the chat, and within 5 minutes, the rep agreed, placed the order for the parts (FREE), and said they would ship within the day! Kohler has got to be the LAST company out there, still giving EXCELLENT customer service. This was actually the second time contacting them... Shortly after we installed the sink, the soap dispenser stopped pumping for us as well (another reviewer). That time I called them... By the end of that same week, I had a NEW soap dispenser, FREE of charge! Kohler CS CANNOT be beat! Thank you!!

Still looks beautiful, GREAT customer service!

Bought two of these in 2019 for a full kitchen remodel.  Love the black handles with my black granite.  Sprayer does tend to cause a lot of splash, and with the hard water here, I end up mopping up the excess to avoid white mineral deposits.  Soap dispensers are my biggest complaint as they tend to stick and won't dispense soap without a great deal of bother.  Tried cleaning, silicone grease to no avail.  One has completely failed, the other has good days and bad.

We bought this faucet at Costco in 2018 as part of a sink & faucet combo. The faucet really looks great but it's VERY annoying. The sprayer is so forceful that water splashes everywhere. I constantly have to wipe/dry the faucet base and the area surrounding the sink. The button to switch between regular flow and spray doesn't work well at all. I have to try several times. Then the water pressure decreases quickly, the pull-down starts making a horrible noise, and I have to press the button again to restore water flow and make the noise stop. This happens multiple times every day. The faucet is almost 4 years old. It always sprayed wildly/forcefully and made a mess. Switching between "regular" and spray has been a problem for at least a couple years and it's getting worse. We gave up on the soap dispenser a couple years ago. It just didn't work. We removed it and replaced it with a stainless steel hole cover that was purchased elsewhere. On a positive note, the pull-down has never dangled from the faucet -- it always goes back into the proper position. And the faucet really looks good.

I regret this purchase
