Constantly replacing parts.  Then when they say you can pick a new one,  it's only at full price and they want you to pay another $300-$600 more to get a new faucet from them.  Oh and 1 faucet is in stock so you'll be waiting months for a new one after paying twice the price.

I have this faucet. We’ve had it since 2020 and we have had to replace the spray head about 4 times. Luckily kohler had a lifetime warranty so we haven’t had to pay anything, but it’s so annoying. Over time the the button that switches from stream to spray wears out and the water dribbles out half way between settings. We are finally giving up and just replacing the faucet with a better model.

This thing is trash. I have replaced the seals multiple times and it still leaks. I contacted support to try and replace the aerator since it's not listed on the parts diagram to find out its not removable and they want to sell you a 51$ replaceable head. What a poor design, I have had hard water deposits and replaced hot water tanks plug aerators before. Fire the engineers and start over.

Absolute Trash Design & Maintenance

Failed far too early. Difficult to install in tight space even worse to remove. Water pressure dropped to point where this became unusable and trying to service it to clean filters is next to impossible. Buying something without the same filter issues that just kills its usability.

Bought this 4 days ago and the plumber had to replace baskets because they leaked not fitting correctly

Kohler sink and faucet

Hi - We purchased and had this touchless faucet installed around end of 2020. Within year one we lost the soap dispensor, which was stuck in pressed-down position. Within two years the spray head was dripping (and we don't even switch that frequently). Last september the valve started leaking in sensor off-position. We checked the valve and there is no debris or scale build-up. Now it so bad that we use it as 2-step operation, first with sensor and then manually turning it off so we don't hear the mission impossible drips. we have great appreciation for Kohler products, especially with all faucets in the house from Kohler. However, this kitchen faucet - malleco and its quality of each item is concern. We tried purchasing the valve box which is as expensive as a new faucet and decided to go with other options. Any suggestions on alternate touchless is appreciated. Any update on improved malleco product quality is also helpful, as we really liked the kohler designs.

Great looks & technology but no reliability

Terrible water flow. Embarrassingly bad. Everyone at Kohler should reevaluate their career choices.

Excellent

Have had this installed for a couple years; installation was easy and we appreciated the ease of use. Recently, the sprayhead has started swtiching from low-pressure flow to hi-pressure spray on its own. We now have to manually hold the button in place to keep the low-pressure flow, which makes it very impractical. (This happens more frequenly when set at hotter temperatures. It also creates a loud noise when this happens.)
