The connection in the hose leading to the retractable handle under the sink leaks and the counterweight keeps falling loose. Retightening temporarily stops the leak, but again and again it loosens up under normal household use.

Deeply disappointed in the quality of this product & will probably have to replace the sink cabinet and refinish the floor due to the damage it has caused.

I just had this installed by a plumber.  It does not swivel so is pretty useless in a double kitchen sink configuration.  We have to pull the sprayer out in order to use the faucet.  We don't see anything on the packaging that indicates this.  We just spent a lot of money for a faucet that just doesn't work for us

My elderly parents purchased this faucet to replace a leaking faucet in their home.  I suggested Kohler as it's generally such a reputable brand.  The imagery and verbiage on the box never states it does not swivel.  But it does not.  And is VERY non functional.  It just got installed and that is when the realization came that it sprays down on their divider between the two sinks and she can't swivel it to either side.  We want to return this.

The faucet does not swivel....

There are a lot of things that I like about this faucet, and just a couple of small negatives. 

The faucet works much better for my kitchen than the one it replaced. The old one did not extend far enough to pour water near the center of the sink, and the pull-out cable was always getting caught underneath the sink.  I have neither of those problems with the Maxton faucet— it works great. It also looks good in the minor remodel I am doing in our kitchen.  The install was fairly easy and took just over an hour doing it by myself. I really like the spray patterns too— changing them is easy and the spray is great rinsing dishes. 

I have a few minor issues with the faucet that you may want to consider when buying. First, it uses 3/8” connections. My piping has 1/2” connections. The packaging did not note the size of the connection, and I didn’t think to check it. This required me to make a separate run to the hardware store for adapters, and fitting the adapters in was actually the hardest part of the install. I wish the faucet came with adapters or at least noted that they might be needed. 

Another issue is that the faucet cover plate doesn’t have a home for the soap dispenser. So, the kitchen sink must have a cut-out for the soap dispenser. 

Finally, the polished finish shows water spots easily.  Otherwise, the faucet looks great. 

I recommend this faucet, but again be aware of the couple issues.

Attractive faucet that works very well

I had a very cheap and ugly faucet in my kitchen that I had wanted to replace forever. I seen this one, and decided to try it out. I absolutely love it! It was very easy to install, and fits my kitchen decor great. I like that the spray feature is one with the faucet itself, and not separate like my former one. It has a wide spray that is great for spraying down large pots and pans. The pressure from the sprayer is fantastic as well. It has enough oomph to spray off some nasty cooking leftovers without any issue. It is sturdy and well made and I can see this lasting a long time. I have no idea why I waited so long on replacing my faucet!

Great looking faucet!

The Maxton pull-out kitchen faucet is unlike any other that I have had, and I absolutely love it.  With good instruction, it is easy to install and easy to clean.  I love its contemporary style.  It also has a dual-spray design and a soap/lotion dispenser that come in very handy.  The dual-spray design is an excellent feature and works perfectly, allowing me to go from stream to spray instantly.  I've never had a soap/lotion dispenser and now would not want to be without it.  The faucet is good quality, as goes with the Kohler name.  I would highly recommend this Maxton pull-out kitchen faucet.

Great features, love this faucet!

It installs like a dream because everything is included and is easy to install. It operates smoothly and flawlessly. The spray works well. Nevertheless, it works and I'm happy with it.and yes I highly recommend it.

Maxton pull-out

I received the Kohler Maxton Pull out from #Tryit Sampling community.  It was very easy to install.  The look is very elegant.  The sprayer is very easy to pull out and use.  It is a high quality faucet.  I am very pleased with the look and functionality.  I would recommend this to others.

SO SIMPLE YET ELEGANT

Received the Kohler Maxton Pull-out kitchen faucet to use and review.  The Kohler 
Maxton Pull-out kitchen faucet works perfectly in my kitchen.  Was very easy to install.  Love the flexibility of the faucet and the ease of use.

It's an easy-to-install pull-out kitchen faucet with a polished chrome finish that's insured by ScratchShield technology that will withstand tough, everyday use. The fixture has smooth and sculpted edges that give off both a modern and a contemporary feel.

- It comes with it's own soap/lotion dispenser and my favorite- a two-function sprayhead that's pretty powerful and makes having dish duty a breeze! The sprayhead pulls right out of the faucet itself & has nozzles that give off powerful, steady water flow, so you know your dishes are truly clean. The faucet is very durable and super easy to wipe clean, with no mineral build-up. The Kohler Maxton Pull-Out Faucet was definitely made to last, and that, it will! It's made my life a whole lot easier since I got it- I haven't had to do the dishes once. Since installing the faucet, my kids have been taking it upon themselves to do the dishes, without being asked! Weird huh?!!

- All in all, the Maxton Pull-out is the kitchen faucet I never realized I needed or wanted,  but now that I have it, i couldn't ever see myself giving it up. I'll definitely be recommending this faucet to all my friends and family that are homeowners and my husband, being a plumber,  is more than happy and willing to recommend this brand and product to his customers, coworkers and plumber friends!
